今日はゆめタウン廿日市で就職ガイダンスに参加してきました！
全体的に来場者数があまり多くはありませんでしたが、本園の英語や国際教育に興味を持ってわざわざ他市からお越しいただいた方もいらっしゃいました。とても熱意のある方で、このような保育士さんがどんどん増えてほしいと思いました。
また、廿日市の他園さんの先生方とも初めてお会いする機会になり、有意義な交流ができました。廿日市市の保育はそれぞれ特徴がありますが、どの園もあたたかい保育をされている様子が伝わってきます。本園は新規園ということで学ばせていただくことがたくさんありますが、廿日市市の子どもたちの未来を明るくする同志として、協力し合いながらよりよい保育を追及していけたらと思っております☆彡。

Today we joined the Hatsukaichi City Employment Guidance!
Unfortunately, there were not many visitors in attendance, but there were some people, who came from distant places and were interested in listening to our English education program at the preschool.

One lady was very passionate and demonstrated her eagerness during interactions. I wanted more preschool teachers to emulate her good qualities and devotion.

It was the very first opportunity I had to meet teachers in Hatsukaichi as well, and we had a fruitful interaction with each other. We might be described as rivals in a way in the teaching profession, but we are also comrades, who together cherish the idea of nurturing children in Hatsukaichi.

We are a new school and we have to learn a lot from other good schools to stay in the system for long. It would be a great idea if we could work together as a team in ensuring a brighter future for the children in our city.
