大きな子が小さな子に靴を履かせてあげていました。大きな子は小さな子に無理やりではなく、小さな子の思いを感じながらお手伝いをしています。この後、靴を履かせてもらっていた子たちは自分でも履こうとします。大きな子はその気持ちを感じ、手を休め見守ります。何気ない光景ですが周りは笑顔で溢れます。子ども達には「その行動が素晴らしい！」と認め合う中でポジティブな気持ちや「ありがとう！」の気持ちを伝えていきたいと思っています。

An older child at MIP helped a younger one to put a pair of shoes as seen below. The older children do not force the younger children to help them, but only think of the feelings of the younger children. After this, the younger children try to put on their shoes by themselves. The older children understand and stand back and watch. It’s a casual scene, but the surroundings are full of smiles. I would like to convey to the children a positive feeling and a “thank you”  while accepting that “the behavior is wonderful!”
